MTGStrategist 666 Deck Contest WINNER!! AND A NEW CREATOR'S FORUM!

It is with great pride and humble gratitude that I hereby proclaim Tim Bister the winner of the 666Deck Contest.  The competition announcement post can be seen here. But it is with equal pride that I announce our second place winner...Patrick Mendoza aka...Agentmlp412...who seriously gave Tim a run for his money.  Without these two aggressively competitive players, our contest would not have been as impactful.  So thank you both for bringing out the best in each other.

Together, and in conjunction with the other entrants, you brought to the attention of the community about 150 MTG content creators by exposing the community to almost 1400 unique videos.  The links to all of the content creators discovered through this contest (in addition to many others) can be found HERE.  Those who were struggling to be heard now have a voice in our family.

I'm so glad that this competition brought to light so many content creators that were working hard but were not getting noticed.  And in the spirit of keeping our community moving forward, I have established the MTG Community of Content Creators Facebook Group.  I hope that this will provide a safe forum for people who are working to bring new ideas to the game or need a place to float ideas before they are published.  The group is open to any MTG content creator...any format...any level.  We can work together to make our community an inclusive and friendly place to enjoy our favorite past time as well as mentor the future creators in an environment free from bullying and judgment.  If you are a content creator...we look forward to seeing you there.

Oh...and thanks Mark Rosewater...for enduring what appears to be about 8400 Twitter notifications.  Your sacrifice was not for naught.
