Omniscient Artifacts (Standard) Deck Tech
There is a card out there that falls into the category of "you should probably not play this in Standard." Of course I fell in love with it at first sight. I'm talking about none other than Omniscience.
For every artifact you throw out, you'll get another artifact. This simplifies our ramp strategy and the deck build. But, of course, we will still need a win condition. That win condition involves two specific cards, River's Rebuke and Karn's Temporal Sundering.
Once you get Omniscience out onto the battlefield, casting these two will clear the field for your final attack. River's Rebuke will return all nonland permanents to your opponent's hand. Karn's Temporal Sundering will give you a free turn to swing in with everything you have.
So....what are we swinging in with?
Sorcery (7)
River's Rebuke x2
Overflowing Insight x3
Karn's Temporal Sundering x2
Enchantment (3)
Omniscience x3
Land (24)
Island x20
Reliquary Tower x4
Sideboard (15)
Negate x3
The Immortal Sun x2
Glimmer of Genius x3
The Antiquities War x2
Time of Ice x2
Metalwork Colossus x3
The greatest obstacle with this is it's monster casting cost. So we'll need some help to get there. You might be thinking that dipping into green is a good idea. That may be so, but after playtesting repeatedly a green/blue ramp deck, I realized it was moving way to slow. That's when it hit me. There is another form of ramp that exists. Since we're already in blue, why not stay there. That is why I have chosen to ramp using artifacts. The key to this strategy is Inspiring Statuary.
In order to get 10 mana on the field using Islands and artifacts, we'll need an artifact engine. And there is a prime artifact-producing creature in Core Set 2019. I'm talking about Sai, Master Thoperist.

Kefnet can stand as a Legendary creature that will enable you to cast Karn's Temporal Sundering. Tempest Djinn should be pretty big by the time it comes out as well.
Now this deck has made a lot of promises once Omniscience is on the battlefield. So we have to include some spells that will help us fill our hand quickly. Another key card in the deck is Overflowing Insight.
This card is probably one of the most vital ones to have in your hand once Omniscience is cast. It will fuel your execution of the win condition. With a little luck, you'll string a couple of these together and grab your key cards.
Now a note on Omniscience; you should cast every one of these that you come across. You don't want to get caught with a stray enchantment removal spell.
Here are the artifacts that you will need.
With these artifacts, you can trigger Sai and get enough artifacts out to cast Omniscience. The full deck list is below. Play around with the sideboard to see what works best for you. Change your artifact line up around to see if you can get things moving faster. This deck was designed after 3 days of playtesting, so it's strong but there is always room for improvement.
